Overview

The 1967 model year marked the final evolution of Chevrolet’s celebrated second-generation Corvette, and this convertible is presented by the seller as a numbers-matching example retaining its original engine and major stamped components. Power comes from a 327-cubic-inch V8 rated at 350 horsepower, paired with a four-speed manual transmission, while period-style side exhaust contributes to its unmistakable mid-year Corvette character. The car is additionally fitted with a big-block-style Stinger hood, with the seller noting no other restomod-type alterations. Interior updates include replacement leather seat covers and carpeting, while the gauge cluster has been completely rebuilt, the clock serviced, and the transmission fitted with new synchronizers.

The seller reports that the Corvette underwent a full restoration believed to have been completed during the 1990s and describes its paint as remaining in excellent condition, with only a small number of minor rock chips noted. Additional refurbishment includes replated front and rear bumpers and vent-window chrome, a new grille and fuel-tank sending unit, replacement seatbelts, and a professionally installed, date-stamped convertible top. A genuine Holley Fuel Pressure Regulator with accompanying gauge has been installed to ensure proper fuel flow to the Edelbrock carburetor. According to the seller, the gauges, radio, and headlights are functional, while the passenger-side window glass exhibits some misalignment and the windshield-wiper motor requires replacement.

Mechanical attention has also been substantial. A November 2020 invoice from Corvette Mike in Anaheim, California totals $6,664.38 and documents extensive work encompassing the rear trailing arms and wheel bearings, rear camber rods, four-wheel brakes with rebuilt calipers and pads, brake hoses and hard lines, differential snubber bushings, four shock absorbers, and rear spring bushings. The seller states that approximately 150 miles have been driven since that service, with subsequent routine maintenance performed as needed. The sale is accompanied by an owner’s manual, NCRS documentation, one ignition key and glove-box key, a battery tender, spare parts and accessories, and additional invoices for replacement components.
